Whats involved 

Our classes cater for different stages of pregnancy, post natal and also different fitness levels. Classes IN Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas. 

ANTE NATAL 

The emphasis is on maintaining fitness, strength, balance, flexibility and posture for pregnancy , labour and birth and in helping post natal recovery. 

POST NATAL 

Helps get women back on their feet and regain strength and stamina. Focuses on areas stretched and weakened in pregnancy such as back, pelvic floor and abdominals.

Prices and Venues 

Our classes will run regularly throughout the year. We offer both Pay as you go options and a 3 class discounted passport ( to be used within 2 months) 

Classes are in Bournemouth or Poole.
